you can use it, I have it on Venu 2 Plus, you just need to use the trick of changing the country for a moment and use Fake GPS, e.g. for the USA

You only need to fake your location and gps one time only and once ecg is activated you can continue using it without faking in the future. There's plenty of instructions online you can follow if you look hard enough.
