Alarm impossible to stop

Hi,

Can't stop the alarm with the stop button. Have to press it till the watch is switched off.

Tried to remove to alarm and set it again, just the same.

Can't tell for sure but it seems it came with the last soft update.

Has anyone an idea?

Just tried it and it worked fine on my watch. Do you have any apps that might use, or interfere with, the alarm? Just a guess.

It already happened once. I removed the alarm and set it back, then it worked fine... until it didn't any more.

Don't have any app else than dwMap which doesn't use any alarm

I've had consistent problems with the alarm requiring 2 presses of the button to snooze or stop it. The problem comes and goes.

Thank you. I think I've already tried to press the button more than once but will try a kind of double press.

I've totally removed the alarm, got out the setting menu, got in again and set a new alarm from scratch. It seems fine now
