Venu 2 plus automatically answers the phone calls

When I get a phone call. My venu 2 plus automatically answers the phone call. Regardless of whether I want to answer or not.

Is there a way to stop this?

I have the same issue. On iPhone iOS you cannot do anything but on Android you can go to bluetooth settings of Garmin Venu 2 Plus and disable phone calls etc. Yet the Android still says it cannot connect to phone EVEN it does connect fine with Garmin Connect app. It's just so horribly poor implementation of BT profiles.

Hello - Does anyone have an answer for this? I have just purchased this watch for my partner as a gift but she won't be happy if it continues to do this. Anytime she receives a call the watch answers it automatically after 1 ring.

She has the venu 2 plus.

I sold my mine for Polar.

This typically will occur if the phone setting on your smartphone is set to answer the call automatically after a crtain amount of time. This setting will vary based on your specific phone model. Please try disabling the Answer calls automatically setting on your smartphone.
