Why I cannot update venu 2 plus to 15.10?

Why I cannot update venu 2 plus to 15.10? There isnt any new update on garmin Express nor via garmin connect wifi connection. Why that?

The same problem here. I am on 14.1 and 15.1 is not available

Today I updated my Venu 2 Plus to 15.20

I couldnt do it via garmin Express but I did it with garmin connect on android and wifi connection. Steps I did:

1. Added wifi in garmin connect app on smartphone

2. Search update on watch inside watch options (check for updates)

3. Update popup on watch and installed successfully

it did download update them nothing happened I press the side lower button and disappeared next time I tried it says no update avaiable. what is the button to press to install?
