How to disable press and hold on watchface?

How can I disable press-and-hold shortcuts on the watchface? I want to keep battery life widget on the watchface but I find I cross my arms, the press and hold triggers, then my crossed arm changes a bunch of settings.

I don' think you can disable it on the built-in Garmin watch faces. You'll have to use a third party face.
