My last discussion regarding this issue was locked so no additional replies could be made .
When a phone call comes in, or I make a call from the watch the call is automatically transferred to the phone. The call will not stay on the watch. I can answer the call and hear and talk to the person, but within a few seconds the call transfers to the phone.
I was directed by a moderator on this forum to look at another topic of a customer that had the same issue, but no resolution was talked about in that discussion.. Has anyone heard of a fix that can make the phone call on the watch not auto transfer back to the phone? Its quite frustrating and and a huge failure for this watch as one of the main selling points of this watch was the new phone/audio feature.
