Disable two step auth?

What MFA? When are you required to use it that you want it to shop? 

Every time I login to connect.garmin.com, or when third party apps try to sync they will fail because of the MFA.

I see now. I just logged out and back in from my web browser and got the MFA. I never log out so I don't notice it. Wat third-party apps sync with Connect? I never get prompted for those either? 

For example syncing peloton workouts via Strava requires third party sync tools.

OK, I see. I have mine sync with both Strava and Peloton. I've never received an MFA request from either of those services. Maybe it's because I set up the sync long before the requirement for MFA.
