Pulseox

Hi! Got the 'blue triangle of death' today on my Veno 2 plus, but was able to turn off, and then did a factory reset. However, since this the watch will not connect to the Garmin app. Worse still, the pulseox red light is on constantly, to the extent it burned my arm first time I tried to wear it, and the watch is now getting through about 10% of its battery power every few minutes. Totally unwearable now. Any advice?

Can you turn off PulseOx by setting it to On Demand?

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. Followed the instructions but the pulse Ox was already set to on demand. Changed it and back again to on demand just in case, but no change. Red light remains on all the time.

I charged the battery to 94% around 6pm, and have had the watched turned off most of the time since (it's now about 8pm), but I'm already getting a 'low battery' warning. I suspect it's due to the pulse Ox issue when I've had the phone on trying to fix it - the battery is really discharging fast. Thought I'd reiterate incase it helps identify the problem

I would contact Garmin directly via phone call or chat - Garmin Customer Support

Yes, try calling Garmin support, as suggested. If you haven't tried yet, you may want to do a hard reset. Hold the top right button down for as long as it takes for the watch to power down. Then turn it back on. You'll see the assist function, just keep it pressed until power off.
