Venu 2 plus - Bluetooth connectivity issue with receive call feature.

Hi all and Garmin support,

I have use Venu 2 plus for a couple of month on Oneplus 7T and it didn't have any issues. But when I have change my phone to be Nothing Phone 2, the issue is occurred. I have tried several ways such as reset watch, restart phone and change bluetooth setting on the phone but the issue is still persisted. Can you please support me?

Error message on Bluetooth of phone: Problem connecting. Turn device off and back on.

This problem exists with certain phones. It's the same with Huawei phones. Not sure if the problem is on the phone side or the watch side.
