cannot make a call

I can't make a call with my watch paired to my Oneplus 8 because the keypad is crossed out. For incoming calls, I can only control the cell phone from the watch. The watch also does not appear as a separate device in the Bluetooth settings, but it is paired in Garmin Connect. If I pair the watch with my Galaxy Tab S6, everything works.

Sounds like a OnePlus issue. Since it works with your Samsung, and my Pixel phones, there must be something OnePlus is doing to cause a problem. What do you mean by the keypad is "crossed out?" Can you post a picture?

When I press the B button and select Phone Calls, the icon on the left where the phone number would be entered has a dash running over it and cannot be used.
