Venu 2 Plus blocks calls and causes of dropped calls

Hi all,

When my Venu 2 Plus is connected to my phone (Android), it blocks calls randomly so either caller gets busy signal or the call goes to voicemail. Also when I make calls, calls are being cut off every 30sec/1 min.

Do you know what causes these?

I have this issue too. I thought it was Android update and dit a factory reset after every monthly update....
