Bug: Phone call during activity

A Phone call during a CIQ activity causes the activity to save and exit.   Answering or declining the call causes the same result, a stopped, saved and exited activity.
Users are required to start a new activity after the call. 

Solution: The activity session should persist after a call.

this error is only occurring in the Venu 2 Plus watch.

  • I was the one who reported the problem to the app's developer. More details:

    - I started the activity Gardening with force GPS actived.
    - While I was in the activity, I got a call.
    - I answered a call from the phone (not from the garmin watch).
    - After finishing the call (less than a minute), I realised that the activity is not active anymore, and I saw the gardening activity was saved.
