I work night shift and often rotate between sleeping nights and days. I also nap often before work to stay up all night. It seems like my sleep tracking only allows for a traditional sleep schedule and does not account for naps or replaces my sleep with naps and erases prior entries. My old Samsung watch tracked sleep regardless of the time of day and often multiple entries if I napped. Can Garmin adjust sleep features to allow for people like me with an abnormal schedule?
