Recording activity bug

Hi,

sometimes when recording an activity the activity display disappears and I only see the main display. Returning to the activity display is not possible though it runs somewhere in the background. If I press the top button I can only restart a new activity. After some time, sometimes after hours the activity is stopped and I can see it has been recorded till then. Is there a solution or explanation for this strange behaviour?

While recording an activity you have the option to go back to the time screen by swiping from left to right. To get back to the activity screen you would just swipe the opposite direction(right to left). If you are still unable to get back to the activity screen please try a hard reset(press and hold the top-right button for 30-seconds). If that doesn't help, please reach out to your local Garmin Support team.
