venu 2 plus - floors up and pulse oximeter

Quite often my venu 2 plus miscalculates floors. Similarly, I noticed a problem with the pulse oximeter. Is there hope that this will be refined?

I've had my Venu 2 Plus since launch and the pulse oximeter has never been great. Much of the time I can't get a reading. When I do, it's consistently lower than a fingertip meter. I can use it for a general idea since it's usually about 3% lower than a fingertip reader. I don't track floors, so I can't comment on that.

Pulse oximeter works fine for me.

Regarding floors, in my opinion more or less every smartwatch struggles.

I have a similar opinion to a colleague. Overall I am very satisfied but a little lacking such advanced options when training. The speaker and phone calls work very well.
