Venu 2 Plus not recording activity for Garmin coach.

I started a 5k coaching program and for my benchmark run, my device recorded the 2 minutes of Warm-up, but not the 5 minutes of running. I started the Run session at least three times and ran/ walked for more than 5 minutes, but the Run activity did not stop/ or record on Garmin Coach. On one run my device recorded is as an Activity, but it's not under my Benchmark run. Does this happen to anyone else?

Thank you much! I'm good now.

I was able to figure out what I did wrong. I watched a couple more videos and figured out it was a user error. Instead of pressing the Up button to start my Garmin coach activity, I was just touching the screen.
