Venu2+ Glance view missing surrounding line sometimes

Hi,

Since a recent update from roughly a month ago, I have a strange UI bug now on the glance view where my widget doesn't have the surrounding line sometimes, and it comes and goes randomly, sometimes it's visible, sometimes it isn't visible.

When I pull the glance view now, it is randomly either present or absent, but does not change while the glance view is open.

We've released a new beta software addressing this disruption. To install this software, enroll in the Beta software program (HERE), sync the watch, then go to Menu > System > Software Update …

Hi, I am not following? What line is missing, those two screen shots look the same to me.

Same here. Most of the times (4 out of 5) Connect IQ glances do not have a halo (the fork from left to top/botton). Built in glances no issue.

And sometimes the halo is disappearing during scrolling ... it's there and during scrolling it disappers ...

Jordan Penard Are you seeing the same thing as forandy It seems like this may be related to Connect IQ apps. However, we'll want to to look into this. So that I may further assist, please reply with:

Do we have permission to email you?
If needed, do we have permission to access your connect account?
Which country are you located in?

In settings the option "Enable email contact" is hooked. How can I grant access to my connect account? I'm located in Germany.

A simple "Hallo World" is showing same behaviour. I already checked several launcher icons ...no influence.

Yes I think I'm seeing the same thing as forandy but in my case scrolling does not change anything, if it's showing it won't disappear while scrolling the glance, and vise versa.

On mine, all the Garmin views have the lines and all the third-party views don't.

Just updated to Venu 2 Series Pre-Rollout Beta 13.06. Seems to be, next update fixes the issue, halo is available stable with this FW version.

That is correct! This has been fixed in the pre-rollout beta. More details on this can be found here.
