weather widget not working

Hi,

I just bought the Venu 2 plus in November 2022 and all of sudden the weather widget quits working. I have to constantly restart my watch and phone to get it to work, but it only works for a day it stops working again. I shouldn't have to keep doing this. Is there a fix for this?
