Venu 2 plus sleep Tracking issues

Hi

Sleep tracking simply stops working every two days. I reserve and two days later it stops working again. I have also tried deleting activity files from the watch to address any storage issues. That seems to help sometimes and not others. 

Is there a way to solve the problem permanently as I can't reset the device every two days.
