Cannot access controls after updating to 12.13 Venu 2 Plus

After the latest update I have several major issues with my Venu 2 Plus:

1. Cannot access the controls by holding the top key, i.e. cannot access them at all.

2. Middle button shortcut is not working

3. Battery is dying in less than 2 days insted of 7+ days.

I cannot restart the watch as I cannot access the controls. Everything was working fine before the update. Anyone else have similar issues?

I haven't noticed any problems since the update, but you should be able to shut the watch off and restart it. Hold the top button down for several seconds. It should eventually shut off. It'll probably invoke the emergency notification message (if you have it set up) but just keep holding it down.

Sorry for your problems.
I have noticed increased battery drain but the other issues are not occuring. Just today, a sensor software update occured so I am hoping that will address the increased battery drain issue.
