Battery drain

Venu 2 plus watch battery is now draining fast.

(Ive only had it 2 months)

Charged my watch Sunday and by mid-day Monday it was down to 50%.

Previously I could charge ut about every 5 days. After going into the connect app I found the ECG was added so Im wondering if my phone had a recent update that's now causing the drain.

Ive powered it off and back on. Ive not done any activities since Sunday and pulse ox is set to on demand.

I charged it again last night and am down to 60% in less than 24 hrs.

Any suggestions?

Same issue but slightly less worse. My battery used to last for a full week at least but now drops 62% in 2 days. Owned it for 8 months. I didn't do any activities have pulse ox and always on display switched of.

Same here.

It drops like crazy. Before that I had no problem of a full week battery life with 3h of GPS activities.

Now in less than 24h after fully charged with 1.5h of GPS activity with BT music it is at 40%.

Pulse ox off, aod off, hr on, bt on.

I use the same watch face all the time. Removed weather yesterday but it changed nothing :-(

It is something in the soft. I am running 12.13

Having the same issue. I updated 2 weeks ago and since then, there has been a very noticeable decrease in battery life. Nothing else has changed. My watch used to go for about 14 days. Now it’s around 8-9 days.

Hmm. Some kind of update? Everything looks back to normal!!! Almost 0% gone through the night.

Up until now, my battery has lasted well but recently I'm using 35% a day. I've not changed anything, I continue to engage in my usual activities and settings remain as they were.

I've got the same issue here on 12.13.

I've just signed up for the beta program, so hopefully that version doesn't have a battery drain issue. We will see...

Short update for today :-) (Tuesday 6.30pm)

Last full charge - Thursday 8.00 am (so 5 and a half day ago)

4h of running with GPS (without BT audio)

HR 24h

Spo2 off

AOD off

A lot of walking (over 30k steps a day)

Battery left 24% (2days) !!!!

It is really perfect right now!
