Body Awake Body Weight Circuit - garmin connect workout - how many replies per minute?

Hi,

I found this HIIT workout in Garmin connect, but it seems not clear to me: All you need is 18 minutes for this at-home, no-equipment EMOM workout that cycles through three rounds of six exercises. You’ll work at the top of every minute.

There are 3 rounds, 6 exercises for 1min each in each round. How many times shall I repeat the exercise every minute? shall it be 30 sec and 30 sec rest? it says it is EMOM, so it is not clear to me. Any ideas? Thanks!
