Jabra Elite 3 can pair with Venu 2 Plus, bluetooth can pair but music keep cracking on left channel

Just got my Venu 2 Plus today, updated to latest 11.16 version, BLE/BT v7.17, it can play mp3 but left channel keep cracking and right channel also occasionally cracking.

Tried to find solution in the forum like putting on right wrist still the same.

I have tried lowering the bitrate from 384k to 190k, 160k, 128k, finally 96k, still behave the same.

I think bluetooth should easily stream at least 384k nowadays.

Is anybody have similar situation or any suggestion on the fix?

I believe it's bug the Garmin doesn't fix for months, since my Jabra Elite 3 works flawlessly on Xiaomi, Samsung phones.

I've got the same issue.

Same watch, same earbuds.

Although the latest software version is 13.14, the bug still exists.

It is definitely on Garmin's side, and it's very annoying.
