When I'm driving I want the Bluetooth in the car to have priority over the watch. If I receive a phonecall is it simply a matter of choosing to answer via the car Bluetooth?

I haven't had time to play with mine yet, but the other day I received a call while driving. My Pixel 6a in my pocket and V2+ on my wrist vibrated and a notification also appeared on the screen of my Outback. I used the button on the steering wheel to pick up the call and talked using the in-car mic and speaker. I don't know if that answered your question, but I think it comes down to which device you pick up the call on.
Just what I thought but it's great that you have confirmed it.
