Don't see new update

I am using Venu 2 Plus with 10.24 FW version. But I saw that there is 11.16 available on the forum. When I check on my device and Garmin Express, it says that 10.24 is the latest version. How can I update my device to the latest version?

    Usually I get an update offered during the garmin connect app or when logging in into garmin connect using my browser.

    You've tried on our watch through settings and scrolling down to system and next to software update?

    It may also depend on your location. While 11.14 was a more general update, 11.16 was a fix for Garmin Pay, which might not be available everywhere.
