Cannot pair headphones

I am running beta version 11.13 on my venu 2 plus and I am unable to pair my Bluetooth headphones (Jabra elite 85).

I have tried resetting my headphones and pairing them, my venu 2 plus will find the headphones but when I select to pair with them it immediately says cannot pair, it doesn’t even to connect to them. I have tried turning my watch off and on but get the same error, I’ve also made sure that my phones Bluetooth is off when I try this.

Try to remove the Bluetooth device, then pair it again. To remove a Bluetooth device, select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices . In Devices, select More options for the Bluetooth device that's paired but not working, then select Remove device > Yes. After that, pair the device again.

Did you try to pair the Jabra with your phone to make sure they're working well?
