Venu 2 Plus Glitchy Screen

I bought my Venu 2 Plus 7 months ago.  My screen is extremely glitchy (bright green screen with lines going through it).  I've rebooted my watch several times and doesn't fix itself.  After a minue of trying to cycle through the menu, the screen goes black for a few minutes.  Any ideas how to fix it?  Who can fix it?  Kind of an expensive watch to be failing this soon.

  • Mine has done the same thing, but it has a Pink colour overlayed the normal screen. When it 1st started it would go back to the normal screen sometimes (so there is no damage to the physical screen) but now it constantly has this pick colour on top.

    I have factory reset and still the problem persists.

  • I have the exact same issue..  I thought I had spoilt the tracker.  but this issue happened after the recent update.  honestly, don't go fixing something that is working pretty well.  now I am stuck with a tracker that works when it feels like it.

  • Same issue with my Venu 2 Plus -- 4.5 months in ... first started noticing a blueish screen, especially on "whites", then flickering when notifications came through the watch, until finally complete green screen of death ... from the first time problems started to arise (Blueish screen) until the Green screen, it took about 1-2 weeks .. this is definitely recall worthy and Garmin isn't doing a thing about it ... maybe a class action will force their engineers to actually do their job, because a $500 watch should NOT be doing this, especially one that undergoes minimal stress, no swimming etc, just daily activities
