Phone calling app is in english while the Watch is set to french language?

It's a minor bug but still annoying. No matter what I do, the phone calling app is in english while the watch is configured to french language. Factory reset doesn't help.

I talked with an online support agent and he said that he would submit a bug report. That was three weeks ago, in the meantime I got a software update but no mention of this bug in this update. Come on Garmin, this simple bug make it feel like a cheap Chinese watch.
