Flashing blue triangle on Venue 2 Plus

Hi, I bought a Garmin Venue 2 plus yesterday and after 2 hours of charging when I switch it on, I see a blue flashing triangle, and the setup screen does not show up. please advise how I can set the watch up

Hello !
I assume You bought the watch - NEW .
Try to turn it off and on again .. yes a few times .
If that doesn't help, press the power button for a minimum of 40 - 60 sec. . ...

... don't let go of the power button during this time! ...

... after turning off the watch wait 2/3 minutes ... and turn it on again ... it should "click". :)

Thanks, Tried that and now the phone doesnt come on at all, it is a neww one I purchased on 10 Sep 2022

Hello again !

It looks - evidently - like an uncharged watch .

Check loading .

After connecting the charger and correctly connecting the cable to the watch itself ,

does the watch turn on after about a minute ?

Do not charge via computer USB !

Charge via a charger such as the one You charge Your phone / smartphone .

Thanks much appreciated phones back on again and the flashing triangle is back , tried what you suggested buut no luck ...

Did this work. I am stuck with the same issue for a couple of days now.
