Auto Brightness since software 10.18 not accurate

Hello

Since this software version came out 10.18 I started occurring issues with brightness some times it goes very high which is inaccurate..

Tired hard reset

restart

no fix

anyone has the same issues ?

Garmin-Sierra yes after update, tried reset all still same issues.

MirceaForce same issue here on 10.22 still: brightness is often way too high during AOD. Tapping the screen corrects it. A fix would be nice, as this impacts battery life...

yes hope that Garmin-Sierra will report this for further fix in the last update that will come.....asap

I'd like to add that while I don't see any weirdness in the auto-brightness setting of my watch, please don't dim the AOD for everyone. Please make it an option as I'd like the AOD to be as bright as possible.

there is no dim...is just to function properly...like it was before...

Understood. I don't have your point of reference since mine hasn't changed. Functioning properly is what I believe mine is doing. If anything, I'd like a brighter AOD, closer to full power brightness. I understand it would use more battery, but that's ok for me. The best would be an AOD brightness option. If it's not bright enough to be seen, what's the point of having it? Just turn it off.

It should of course just adhere to the brightness settings, be they manual or automatic.
