Venu 2 plus with wrong charger in the box

I've just taken delivery of my venu 2 plus and the charger in the box is completely wrong for the watch. There is no way to charge the watch.

Has anyone ever experienced this before? The charger I have does not plug into the back of the watch but is flat with two pins on it.

The watch came from amazon and was meant to be brand new.

I haven't experienced this. If you decide to keep it, there are charging cables available on Amazon that you can get quickly with Prime. I bought a package of three to have available in several place and the seem to work fine. I'd question the newness of it, but I suppose it could be an open box new item that someone just put the wrong cable into.
