Garmin Venu 2 Plus Firmware Update

Hi,

I am trying to update my firmware to latest 10.12 but it is failing to upgrade.

I copied GUPDATE.GCD file into GARMIN directory but no update is happening after disconnect.

Please let me know why this is not happening.
