We have a strange problem with Venu 2 Plus... Real pain right in the...
From the very beginning and after many repeated attempts to properly connect to the smartphone Xiaomi Redmi Note 10s following all instructions and common sense, my wife's new Venu 2 plus does not want to indicate incoming calls. The Bluetooth pairing and connection are correct, Garmin Connect is connected, all permissions are given, but incoming calls are still not indicated. As soon as the call is accepted, the watch displays an outgoing call notification. For a while, the watch also showed missed call notifications, then they mysteriously disappeared. This also applies to all other notifications (SMS, Viber, Gmail) - there are days when they are displayed correctly, then mysteriously stop being displayed - without any changes in the settings of the smartphone and watch.
The previous watch (vivoactive 3) worked absolutely correctly with this phone both in terms of notifications and in the indication of incoming calls.
Any ideas and recommendations? Thanks in advance!
