Hi everyone,
unfortunately, my new Venu 2 Plus that I really like a lot doesn't power on anymore.
It worked perfectly until one day I forgot to charge it before it went completely without battery.
Now when I connect the watch to a power source with the cable it doesn't show any signs of life, when I try to power it on (even pressing the button for 40 sec) it shows no
signs of life.
I bought a new cable but this didn't help.
Any ideas?
