New firmware receive today.

9.17

I assume it is nearly the same than the beta test 9.14

We don t have yet the full change log, and it is too early for can tell if it s an improvment or not...

Unfortunately , I have no update to version 9.17.

Several language updates and "Time Zones" have appeared (traditionally, as with my Fenix 6) .

I have installed Garmin WebUpdater and also no updates ... so I keep waiting .

Changelog says SensorHub 18.02, but after update to 9.17 the watch still says it's on 16.03

It takes maybe some hour between the hupdate of firmware and the sensorhub update

Received 9.17 via OTA.

Nice addition with more volumes control.

One thing I noticed (but not seen in change log) is that moving through menus is smoother now, like the display refresh is higher :)

Still wishing for more options for middle button (i.e. skip music track and triple click)

After update, I cannot pair my Venu 2 plus with Garmin Connect: no devices found.

Somebody else with this problem?

did also had some weird issues after this firmware ....

I just updated my watch to the latest version .

Everything went very quickly and without any problems .

Version 9.17 and Sensor 18.02.

The watch connects normally with the phone (Garmin Connect) ,

the manu works faster / smoother , the watch reacts faster to waking up with the wrist ,

the reaction to the buttons is also - as if - much faster .

In my opinion - successful update ... it is a pity that the ECG reading did not appear ...

... probably it will happen in some time .

PS.

My suggestion on how to update - better do it with the watch off your wrist

so the sensors are turned off .

I noticed this with my Fenix 6 ... I know it sounds absurd and rather silly ...

... but these are my insights .
