Quick loss of battery

I have this strange issue.  It started out as something that happened every now and then and has started to get worse.  One morning I woke up and my watch was dead.  I thought "That's strange, I feel like I just charged it"; however, since you only have to charge this thing every 5 or 6 days, I figured I just forgot and hadn't charged it. Same thing happened a few more times and then I continued to question myself.  Then, last week, I did a swim one morning.  That afternoon, I charged the watch to 100%. By the next day it shut off because the battery had died. When I'm at 100%, it says 7days of battery life, so less than 24 hours is just strange.  This past weekend, I charged my watch to 100% Friday night, I did a 5 hour bike ride on Saturday where I simply broadcasted my heart rate to my bike computer; however, when I got home, I went ahead and charged the watch to 100% again on Saturday evening. By midday on Sunday it had already dropped to 54%.

This is a little long of a story to say, something is draining my battery and I have no clue what it is.  I've had this watch since March and I haven't changed anything on the way I use it. I've always gotten 5-6 days of battery and then I charge it and it's still not even close to be full drained; however, this is starting to cause me issues.  I can't have a battery to only last a day.  That's why I went from the Apple Watch to the Garmin to begin with.  Does anyone know how I can figure out what's draining my battery or something to try to resolve this?
