please add ebike activity to Venu 2 Plus

Hello,

I had Venu and I'm interesed in buying venu 2 plus. But big deal breaker is lack of ebike acitivity, so I would need to again manualy edit every strava bike ride to e-bike ride on my phone, like on Venu?!

Instinct 2 have e-bike activity but doesn't have pilates animation and doesn't have color, and I already have solar gshook that i like. Also I have some medical issues that require me to do shoulder stretch and spine stretch Pilates workouts.

Fenix 7 is to big, and 7s is to much money for me for watch. And Fenix 6 is alredy old device.

So is there any chance to in foreseeable future add ebike activity to Venu 2 plus.

OK, I just ordered Venu 2 plus. Hope you will add e-bike activity in foreseeable future :)

I hope so too, I have an EPIX and it does have that option, my wife has a Venu 2 Plus and does not have the option. I don't think adding this option is that difficult.

Well, you can change the activity type afterwards to "E-Bike biking" (not sure if that's the exact wording due to translation) but of course a specific e-bike activity would be more comfortable.

Yes, that's right, but then it doesn't take calorie consumption into account. He sees that you are cycling x speed with x heart rate, which is of course different from normal cycling.

The ebike feature is not only in our Outdoor watches (Fenix, Instinct, Epix, etc.), but it is also a feature on our new Forerunner 255 and 955. If you have a watch that does not have the ebike profile, I would suggest downloading this comparable Connect IQ field: Ebike Field

The Venu 2 Plus has an Indoor Cycling activity. How does that differ from ebike?

Watches that feature an ebike profile have the ability to pair with compatible ebikes to display information such as eBike battery or eBike range. The eBike profile will automatically upload the activity to reflect ebiking rather than "cycling". The indoor profile's purpose is to automatically not include GPS and would be used commonly with an indoor trainer and/or speed sensor

Oh, now I get it. I was thinking of ebike as another form of exercise bike, not as transportation.

Then I guess one pedals an ebike and is not just along for the ride. Otherwise, what's the activity?
