That's probably UTC
The Epix watches got a red button and/or a red mark on a bezel, there. Maybe it´s somehow related to that.
it's on the display and it moves every hour, so it's not that/ Also it's not UTC as it doesn't match with local time, region, set on watch
I went to that watch face on my watch. For me, it is UTC. I'm in UTC -4 and it lines up with that.
