I'm not sure if it's the right place to write it but so far I have been trying to be in contact with the customer service in the Netherlands but they just stopped to replay only emails.
I have to, unfortunately, say that as I have been super happy from my watch until March when everything was fine, that now I'm strongly disappointed with their customer service. It's been more than a month since I contacted them for the first time because of the issue with my Garmin watch.
I have sent a lot of emails with explanations, pictures, moves, and my girlfriend's watch serial to compare it, but it still has been not enough.
I have spoken with different members of the Nederland team and I still have to remind myself as no one is replaying my emails, and even if they do it seems like they don't even read the email.
Last time I reported that the watch which I received ( as the Garmin decide to exchange my watch as they agreed that the one which I have, has some issues and that are not able to fix it. It was agreed that I will receive a new watch instead ) some scratches, send them the pictures and the lady who replays to me didn't even check the email and asked me to send the pictures again.
Now for more than a week, I didn't hear anything from them that could solve the problem.
It's been more than a month as I can not use the watch, the whole situation is very unpleasant. I have decided to buy a device from Garmin which as a company advertises itself as reliable.
As none of their customer service members could help me and they showed no interest in my case, I would like to be in touch with one of their supervisors/managers. Does anyone have an idea how could do that? Or what I can do more? The watch which I've got now looks like a NOH device/ used one but we agreed it will be a new one.
Btw, my original watch was 3months old only.
