Saving and transferring IQ faces / customizations?

I think I may need to factory reset my watch to eliminate an issue... does anyone have a trick for saving the IQ faces and reapplying them with all the customizations I have done? I don't think it is possible but it was worth an ask here.

What you can try is copying the garmin\apps folder. That should get your CIQ watch faces, app settings and persistent storage. You may not even lose them when you do the reset.

I would not consider doing this if you were changing to another watch model as the prgs can be compiled for a specific environment on one watch and not work at all on a different one
