Same bug of venu 2, found on 2 plus ... at rest the heart rate sometimes remains fixed at low values, you have to turn it off or start an activity to ensure that it detects correctly !!! the venu sq has no such problems ...
Do you find it's still a problem with a built-in watch face? That's a third-party watch in the photo. It could be the watch face handles heart rate differently on different devices.
