First time on: software update and no recorded sleep.
Also lost default watch face and no sign of it anywhere.
Do I need to return the device because:
- It is not monitoring sleep.
- Random problems brought about by software update.
- This is brand new.
1 Do a factory reset (System/Reset//Delete Data and Reset Settings)
2 Remove it from Garmin Connect.
3 Remove from your phone's Bluetooth paired devices.
4 Then re-bind the watch to your phone again.
5 Follow the setup steps and do not skip any.
Remember you must enter the time you go to sleep and wake up.
