What's The difference between Steps & Rounds ?

Ok to begin with weight training with Apple is very easy - all the information is in one beautifully organized face/one screen/one face, so if the user wants to change weight during the set touch 20kg( see the pic) it gives the option to change (obviously there is a edit screen for more changes)

At the end of the set  the user give a touch to the screen and it goes to next with - no pressing this button or that button  -  - I think Garmin you should learn to keep things in one place

My question -

Imagine i do Biceps/triceps work out

Set1 - Biceps Curl

Rest

Set 2 - Biceps curls

Rest

Etc Etc

Set1 - Triceps ..

Rest

Set 2 - Triceps

1 With Garmin - you have Sets and Rounds, how do they work , for example Biceps curls in Round one then create Round 2 for Triceps ???

2 During strength training - there is no place for the user to know in which set he/she is currently in - For example if you check the picture - the user can see there are total of 6 sets for that particular exercise and the user is currently in the 1st set,

Garmin can you please make life easier - Remember V2 +  is a "Smart Watch" - so can you make it truly "Smart"
