After update 8.12 -> sensor, whr, bmx versions to 0.00

Hi, my venu 2 plus got updated automatically and all went well. But after few days, it stopped counting steps and heart rate.

I tried multiple times to hard reset it, but nothiing. I connected to Garmin Express hoping being able to update it somehow, but I did not find any usable link to get a firmware image.

This is the current sw version situation: I gues something got wrong by Garmin, but 'till now no help.

The watch now continuosly tries to install an update (again.. I gues with error): after installing it and rebooting the watch, I get the same situation of 0.00 versions.

Any support from Garmin?

I have the same issue on my Venu 2s, they asked me enroll to Beta program, I did and 10.21 version was installed on my watch, but the issue is still there.
No support from Garmin so far. So frustrating!

I got a venu 2S, with same situation : bmx and sensor version 0.0. Tried several resets, tturning on and off heart rate, downloaded version beta... but nothing worked :-(
