Blue triangle of death after updating to Version 8.12

I bought Venu 2 Plus today, had a walk during the day and I thought I check for software update in the evening. The original software was 6.10 I believe. I ran a software update on the watch and after that it is stuck with a blue triangle. I couldn't do anything.

Finally I found a video about how to do a hard reset, so I did that then I was able to turn on the watch on again and set it up again. But after a short while (during initial setup) it always freezes and when I turn it off and on again I get the blue triangle of death again.

What can I do? Is there any way to downgrade the software?

    Problem solved after doing a hard reset again and then after turning the watch on I connected it to Garmin Express and doing a software update there, too.
    I guess the software update on the watch was stuck (maybe due to poor Bluetooth connection?) and somehow I managed to finish it using Garmin Express.
