Trouble Pairing Headphones Over Bluetooth

Hi,

I've just received my Venu 2 Plus, however I can't seem to connect my Sony WF-10000XM4 in-ear headphones to the watch (both new items)

Bluetooth is OFF on my phone as per the instructions.  I set my headphones into pairing mode and the watch to search, but it never finds them.  Both are within 2ft of each other (arm/ears).

There must also be a bug with the latest software as if you select Cancel or Try Again it just continually retries.

Anyone else with this issue?  All software/firmware is up to date.

If I can't fix this then I will have to return the watch.

  • It would seem that multiple power cycle on/off attempts on the watch seem to resolve this, after about 10 seconds it see's the headphones and allows me to connect.  The bug with the Cancel/Try Again is still present if anyone picks this up to address it.

  • May Jaybird Vistas won't pair when done through the Systems Menu > Sensors . . . I had to go into the Music App itself (Spotify in my case) and pair them that way.
