I accidentally ended up in test mode and one of the screens was an ECG which did nothing until you touched the bezel with a finger then showed a trace. If the watch is capable does this mean a future software update will activate ECG mode??

video doesn’t work. I have a Fenix 7 which doesn’t have this. Also the sensor on the Venu 2 plus has a white ring probably to make separation between watch and ECG sensor. I am not sure why they didn’t activate it maybe it’s not precise or they don’t have medical approval to use it like Apple has
I have not tried it. It’s the watch of my wife Which I have updated. As I understand from the initial start of this thread it is only available in test mode and only with the software initially installed but I can’t confirm. Maybe other people can answer it. I only posted it to show that the watch has the functionality. Some people doubted it. Also only in test mode and not in the normal user interface it also doesn’t store anything it only shows the graphics. I can’t add much more. I hope for Venu 2 plus owners it will be added in a software update. As a Fenix owner it’s a shame it’s not on there :-) (a bit jealous)
Thanks DC Rainmaker for making me not doubt myself! It’s great to know that there may be a possibility that it may work in the future.
