Today my watch suddenly stopped working. It seems responsive - buttons make sound, emergency contacts are getting sos signal, hr sensor is working but screen is completely black. I tried rebooting while holding A button for 15 seconds but nothing helps. Is there anything more I can do or do I have to contact my shop? I really need this watch at 10 february.
