Does the Venu 2 Plus now have sound alert?

I wonder if the Venu 2 Plus now has sound alert, and not only vibration alert, like the FR and Fenix series because of the speakers integrated now?

It has a setting for sound on notifications, but I don't hear anything when I try it.

Venu 2 Plus has separate volume settings for each type of sound. Please go into the "Volume" menu and ensure that you have the Alarms and Notifications volume turned up to an adequate level and retest…

Ok, logically it should have sound alert. Because it has speakers. Strange maybe a bug because of same built? V2 doesn't have sound alert. Thank you.

PS: Should be the same sound like on FR and Fenix series, right?!

If this does not work for you, please reply here with a photo showing the volume setting for Alarms or Notifications and also a video (with sound) showing what happens when the Alarm goes off or when you get a Notification.

Is it possible to change the alarm sound to a custom mp3 or any other sound besides the beeps?

The ringtone is completely missing :-(

Ringtone should be visible if following these steps: Menu > Settings > System > Sounds. Please reach out to support if you are still not seeing this.
