Software update 7.40 does not show up in Garmin Express or Garmin Connect

Software update 7.40 does not show up in Garmin Express or Garmin Connect.

How long does it normally take to become available? Given that 19 hours ago it was posted that SW 7.40 is available.

I just spoke with a Garmin rep and he says as of now it hasn't yet rolled out to all. Currently to 20% of N. America. He estimates that we should all get it within 2-3 days.
